So......I have been checking out other photographer's sites all over the country and discovered one thing we all seem to have in common..........we don't really blog about photography.....
Well.....some do and give very cool tutorials and other helpful information......but the majority......blog about everything else BUT photography. My blog is my therapy. I sit here for sometimes hours at a time trying to get photos retouched, CDs burned and phone calls and emails sent out and when I come here(to my blog)......I just want to be me. So........here I sit on a Saturday night. I'm actually alone too, which is highly unsual. My husband is usually in the office as well developing software......because he works from home as well.
I truly enjoy ALONE time. With 5 kids, 4 pets and a husband that won't leave long enough for me to miss him.........there is only one word for it.......stressful. *Sigh*
I am writing a screenplay.......I've been writing it for 4 stinking years! Ugh! When will I find some quiet time to finish it? Maybe after 3 of my four teenagers graduate from H.S. ? I also started a book several years ago. I wonder which hard drive I saved it on? I have three. They are all full of photos. I even bought an external hard drive for archiving. I can't even remember what the title of my book was......so......searching for it might be a little difficult. Hmmmmm? Wow. Whatever. hahahaha I think it must have been pretty good too, because my friend told me she wanted to read more.........maybe she remembers the title? Maybe it was......"No Way Out".....just kidding. OMYGawshhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
I think my brain is on overload.
I'm still holding out for that vacation. The perfect vacation for me?..........Hmmmmm? A snowed in cabin in the woods with a big fire place, a warm bed, a stocked kitchen and the only way in or out is a snowmobile. I do need electricity though because I plan to finish my book and screenplay on my laptop. Maybe stay there a month with just my dog and nobody else.........

That would be a dream vacation for me. Wow.......I remember when I used to want to go to Hawaii. Yikes.
